Special Take-Down Device

Scale with Record Function

This machine is equipped with scale so you can keep record when manufacturing. When producing the same specification fabric again, you can take the previous record as reference — saving setup time.

Adjustable Fabric Spreader

Adjustable fabric spreader is equipped with this machine so as to spread and adjust angles between the fabric roll and spreader according to the fabric features — adapting to different stretch levels.

Synchronised Winding & Rolling

Synchronous winding and rolling of the fabric ensures the fabric is rolled in uniform tension, avoiding uneven marks on the fabric — critical for stretch and lycra-based fabrics.

Easy Roll Removal

The roll of the take-down device is easy to take off when the winding and rolling is finished — reducing changeover time between rolls.
