The Single Jersey Knitting Machine is built for consistent, high-speed production of single-knit fabrics. A heavy-duty cast iron frame, CNC-processed alloy steel cams, and an oil-bath drive system ensure smooth operation, low noise, and long service life — shift after shift.

Engineered for Stability and Longevity

Strong Cast Iron Frame

The frame combines the knitting principle with human engineering. Good cast iron, long natural timing effect and artificial timing effect prevents parts from deforming under continuous operation.

Oil-Bath Drive System

Main plate and gear of main plate adopt oil-soaking and imported high-class lubricating oil so that the running noise is small and driving gear is durable over long production runs.

CNC-Processed Alloy Steel Cams

All cams are made of imported alloy tooling steel, engraved and abraded by CNC processing centre, making the needle track smooth and the needle fluent and durable when the machine runs at high speed.

Strong Interchangeability

By changing the parts in the head, the single knitting machine can be changed into a terry (loop pile) machine or fleece machine — without replacing the entire unit.
