Mechanical Design

Drive & Transmission

Lubrication & Care

Knitting System
- Central stitch length control for quick, fine adjustments
- Modular cam blocks — change cams and needle tracks easily for different fabrics
- Optimised feeders and cam timing guide yarn at the right angle to reduce defects
Cloth Rolling System
- Multi section rolling for even rolling and fewer stop marks
- Adjustable rolling speed to match fabric weight (GSM) and fabric type
- Even tension across the full width to keep fabric density consistent
Yarn Feeding & Tension
- Storage type feeders keep yarn tension even for uniform loops
- Smooth yarn path helps avoid yarn damage and stripes
